Holiday Accidents
Until recently, personal injury compensation claims for accidents abroad (for example sustained during a business trip) or for accidents while on holidays were difficult. However since new UK Packaged Holidays and European legislation was passed, it has now become a lot easier to do so. Both the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tour Regulations 1992 and the 4th European Union Motor Directive 2003 allow you to submit a claim in the UK for injuries that you have sustained in an accident abroad.
If you have suffered an accident while on an organised package holiday, your claim for compensation can succeed if we can prove that there was negligence on the part of the Tour organisers.
