Accident at Work
Common injuries in the workplace are back injuries, hernia or an injured hand. Cases involving common injuries are normally easier to settle as the compensation levels will already be well known and accepted by both sides. Problems, and therefore delays, occur when one side disagrees on the compensatory amount to be awarded. Work related injury claims are by no means the most regular type of personal injury claim due the nature of the place where they occur. It is more costly for an employer to have one of their employees in an accident and therefore employers are far more advanced in the area of accident prevention.
